This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Veltliner 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards at South, South-West between 650 and 700 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with only indigenous yeasts, re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Ancestral method. The wine is aged 10 months in steel tanks and at least 9 in bottle. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
