The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at an altitude of 160 metres on clay soils with sandstone presence. Vinification: temperature-controlled spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 7 months in cement on the lees with frequent batonnage, followed by at least 9 months in the bottle. A wine true to the Marche tradition of elegant, food-friendly wines.
