Pigato 'Bon In Da Bon' Bio Vio

This exceptional Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC showcases the authentic character of Liguria. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Pigato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Marixe, on clay soils and consist of red rocks, vines of almost 60 years old. Vinification: cryomaceration for 24 hours followed by soft pressing. Fermentation using indigenous yeasts in steel. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
