Pigato 'MaRenè' Bio Vio

A fine example of Liguria winemaking, this Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pigato 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey-ferruginous soils facing South-West on large terraces. Vinification: cold maceration for 24 hours, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 4 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the dramatic terraced vineyards along the Ligurian coast.
