Crafted from Vermentino 70%, Sauvignon 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on sandy soil at 90 mt of altitude. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel without stalks (Vermentino) and with stalks (Sauvignon) and maceration on the skins for 1 day.
