Hailing from Piedmont, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 16% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Vermentino 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a sandy soil at 300 metres above sea level, in Gallura. Vinification: soft pressing, short maceration on the skins for some hours and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at low temperature for 12-15 days. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
