Vermouth Bianco 'Santòn' Borgo San Daniele

Hailing from Friuli Venezia Giulia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its 18% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Pinot Bianco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines of 40 years at 450 metres of altitude on morenic soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in wood cask at controlled temperatura. The wine is aged till 10 months on the yeasts in wood casks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
