The fruit is sourced from vineyards different cru from the Serralunga village, cultivated according to the guyot system in a calcareous soil at 300-400 metres above sea level. Vinification: fermentation with maceration for 15-20 days. The wine is aged 36 months in big oak barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
