Produced in Piedmont, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. With 18% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 85%, Alicante 10%, Ciliegiolo 5% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards near Montemerano at 300 meters above sea level, Ciabatta hamlet. Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation with maceration on the skins for 15 days. The wine is aged 13 months between stainless steel containers, barriques and large 10 hectolitre barrels in Slavonian oak. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
