This distinctive wine from Piedmont embodies traditional Italian winemaking heritage. With 18% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 55%, Corvinone 25%, Rondinella 15%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the hills of Valpolicella, in the north of Verona, on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature and "ripasso" on Amarone marc for about a month. The wine is aged 18-24 months in medium and big wood barrels. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
