This exceptional Colli Romagna Centrale DOC showcases the authentic character of Emilia Romagna. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Merlot 40%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%, Cabernet Franc 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards unique old parcel on schist soils rich of clay and sandstone with south, south-west exposure. Biodynamic agricolture. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel vats without control temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in barrique, new for the 25%.
