This exceptional Val d'Arno di Sopra DOC showcases the authentic character of Tuscany. With 14.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vigna dell'Impero of 80 years old vines at 278 metres above sea level on soils rich in stones. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels of 15-25 hl and 12 months in bottle.
