The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 20-years-old vines in a flat calcareous sandy soil in the Marsala area. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling for 48 hours, alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks.
