Hailing from Tuscany, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 12% alcohol, it delivers elegance and finesse. Crafted from Malvasia di Candia 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a vineyard in the municipality of Controguerra at 285 meters above sea level on land rich in sand and silt. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels, with maceration for 2 weeks. Without filtrations and without added sulphites during vinification. The wine is aged 12 months in big oak barrels and at least 6 months in bottle. A wine true to the storied winemaking heritage of Tuscany.
From the rolling hills of Chianti to the coastal Maremma, Tuscany's diverse terroir produces wines of exceptional character and aging potential.
