Crafted from Mantonico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the highest area of the estate, at 480 meters above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and with maceration on the skins for 2 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and fiberglass vats. A wine capturing the sun-drenched character of Italy's southernmost mainland region.
