Crafted from Magliocco 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 350 metres asl on clay and limestone soil. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and with maceration on the skins for 10 days. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks and fiberglass vats. A wine showing the bold, warm-climate intensity typical of Calabrian reds.
