Hailing from Puglia, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards the area is characterised by high average temperatures and low rainfall, the soils are of medium consistency and tend to be sandy at about 100 m above sea level. Vinification: thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. The wine is aged a few months in steel tanks. A wine showing the sun-drenched warmth typical of Puglia's Mediterranean climate.
