Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from old vines of 70 years old with reggiera tradizionale avellinese, on arenaceous and clayey soil at 450 metres of altitude. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 12 months in chestnut barrels. A wine true to Campania's tradition of structured, age-worthy wines.
Campania is home to celebrated indigenous varieties like Aglianico, Fiano and Greco.
