Produced in Campania, this wine reflects a genuine sense of place. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Aglianico 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards about 75/90 years old, located at an altitude of 450 metres on sandy-clay soil. Organic cultivation and yield per hectare of about 40 quintals. Vinification: fermentation and maceration for 28/29 days in 200 litre terracotta amphorae with only indigenous yeasts, no sulphur dioxide added. The wine is aged 12 months in amphorae. A wine reflecting Campania's ancient viticultural roots stretching back to Roman times.
