This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Noir 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on medium-textured soil rich in stones and sand. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature, refermentation in the bottle according to Metodo Classico without liqueur. The wine is aged 65 months at least on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
