This prestigious Alta Langa DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 12% alcohol, it stays light on its feet without sacrificing character. Crafted from Pinot Nero, Chardonnay, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards soil consisting of white clays and limestone sand layers, vines with south/southeast exposure. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by refermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method.
