This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at an altitude of 500-600 meters on soils of marine origin, rich in limestone with marl and sand. Vinification: separate fermentation for the varieties, assembly and refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 30 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
