The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system in a white soil rich in marns and limestone between 250 and 360 metres above sea level. Vinification: first fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 7 months; second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 42 months on the lees.
