This prestigious Alta Langa DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 85%, Chardonnay 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards farms at 450 metres above sea level on calcareous-clay soils. Vinification: manual harvesting of the grapes, alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in the bottle according to the Classical Method. The wine is aged 36 months on the lees. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
The region's continental climate and varied soils create ideal conditions for both indigenous and international grape varieties.
