This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Noir 60%, Chardonnay 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Its lively perlage and crisp finish make it an ideal celebratory pour. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system in a white soil rich in marns and limestone between 250 and 360 metres above sea level. Vinification: first fermentation and aging in oak barrels for 7 months; second fermentation in bottle according to the Traditional Method. Without filtrations. The wine is aged 42 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
