This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Nero 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil, clayey and calcareous, at 200-250 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in barriques with aging on the lees for 9 months and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmontese winemaking combines meticulous attention to detail with deep respect for tradition.
