Among the most celebrated expressions of its category, this Alta Langa DOCG showcases exceptional craftsmanship. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Pinot Nero 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in a marny soil, clayey and calcareous, at 200-250 metres above sea level, faced to South and South-East. Vinification: soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in barriques with aging on the lees for 9 months and second fermentation in bottle with disgorging according to the Traditional Method. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees. A wine combining Piedmont's trademark power with finesse and complexity.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
