Crafted from Pinot Noir 80%, Chardonnay 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. A steady stream of fine bubbles supports a bright, refreshing palate. The fruit is sourced from vineyards pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines Facing East on chalky and stony grounds. Vinification: first fermentation in steel for the Pinot Noir and in tonneau for the Chardonnay and second Fermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method.
