The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Bubbio, 10 years old vines at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stel vats at 12°-13° with second fermentation in bottle according to Classic Method. The wine is aged 60 months on the lees in bottle.
