This Alta Langa DOCG stands as a benchmark for Piedmont's highest quality classification. Its 12.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Pinot Nero 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Fine bubbles and vibrant effervescence complement its fresh and lively character. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from an old vineyard situated at 710 meters above sea level with southern and south-eastern exposure on sandy and stony ground, with marine sediments. Vinification: soft cold pressing, brief contact with the skins, first fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method. The wine is aged 48 months on the lees. A wine showcasing the fog-kissed hills of the Langhe.
Piedmont is renowned worldwide for Barolo and Barbaresco, its two great Nebbiolo-based expressions.
