Crafted from Nasco 90%, Nuragus, Vermentino 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards medium-textured limestone and clayey soils of Miocene origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the island's ancient indigenous grape heritage.
