The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines from Vavolo vineyard in Grezzana, at 250 metres above sea level. The wine is aged 24 months in barriques and 24 in big Slavonina oak barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
