This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 15% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 80%, Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated in a clayey and calcareous soil, South/West facing at 250 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in open wooden vats, maceration on the skins for 2 weeks and malolactic fermentation in barrique, withou filtrations. The wine is aged 6 years in Slavonian oak barrels. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
