This Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG stands as a benchmark for Veneto's highest quality classification. With 16% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards ca’ Coato, in Negrar, in a calcareous clayey soil, faced to South-West. Vinification: drying of the grapes for 90/120 days, pressing, cold maceration for 7-10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeats in steel vats for about 20 days. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels and at least 6 months in steel vats. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
Veneto masterfully balances tradition and innovation, producing everything from powerful Amarone to crisp Soave.
