This exceptional Amarone della Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 16% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 45%, Corvinone 45%, Rondinella 5%, altre uve autoctone 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards grapes from different area of the South Australia: McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley, Langhorne Creek and Wrattonbully. Vinification: drying of about 120 days, with 45 days maceration on the skins. The wine is aged 42 months in oak barrels of 50hl, then 12 months in bottle.
