Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 40%, Rondinella 15%, Molinara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 45 yrears old vines in a tufaceous clayey soil at 350 m above sea level, faced to South-East. Vinification: drying of the grapes for 3-4 months, sofr pressing, cold maceration for 7-10 days and fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 20 days in steel vars. The wine is aged 24 months in big oak, cherry, chestnut and mulberry barrels. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
