Amarone Classico Riserva Quintarelli

This prestigious Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 16.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 55%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards west exposure from an ancient vineyard located in the Negrar valleys on calcareous soils rich in basalt. Vinification: maceration for 20 days and fermentation with indigenous yeasts for 45 days. The wine is aged 7 years in small and medium-sized Slavonian oak barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
