This Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG stands as a benchmark for Veneto's highest quality classification. At 15% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina e Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in hilly chalky soils from Negrar, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. Vinification: drying of the grapes between 90 and 120 days. The wine is aged 36 months in big Slavonian oak barrels and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
