This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina 50%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara, Coratina and Oseleta 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines that are 50-70 years old, in rows supported by large trees. Vinification: naturally dried for 5 months, maceration and spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels for 25-30 days with manual handling. The wine is aged 4 years in French oak barrels, then 12 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
