Crafted from Corvina 35%, Rondinella 30%, Corvinone 25%, Molinara e altre varietà 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on clayey, basaltic and vulcanic soils at Valpolicella Region in Negrar, at 300-420 meters on sea level. Vinification: 4 months for grapes fading, fermentation with indigenous yeast for 50 days with continuous replacement, racking. The wine is aged 42 months in oak casks and tonneau.
