This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 15.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 40%, Corvinone 30%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 10%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Negrar, on soils rich in limestone and clay, from vines that are between 20 and 50 years. Vinification: with natural drying of grapes for at least 90 days. The wine is aged at least 60 months in oak casks, then at least 12 months in bottle.
