This exceptional Valpolicella DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. With 15.5% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 15%, Rondinella 15%, other red grapes 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards dry terraces, between 150 and 450 metres above sea level on loamy-clayey soil, sometimes calcareous and placed on Eocene marls. Vinification: alcoholic and malolactic fermentation at controlled temperature, slow maceration for 30 days, 12 of which cold. The wine is aged 24 months in 50 hl Slavonian oak casks.
