This Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Corvinone 70%, Corvina 25%, Rondinella 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards clay-loam soil with strong limestone. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with control temperature. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels.
