This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina Veronese 75%, Rondinella 20%, Rossignola and Negrara 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on soils of moraine-alluvial origin, cultivated using the Veronese pergola system. Vinification: whole cluster drying, temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 12 months in wood, partly in large Slavonian oak barrels and partly in French oak barriques and tonneaux. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
