This Amarone della Valpolicella DOC captures the distinctive personality of Veneto terroir. With 15% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Corvina and Corvinone 70%, Rondinella 30%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on stony hilly terrain in the municipalities of Negrar, Fumane, San Pietro in Cariano and Marano. Vinification: drying of grapes between 90 and 120 days in fruit lofts. The wine is aged 36 months in large Slavonian oak casks and at least 12 months in bottle. A wine showing the technical precision Veneto producers are known for.
From Lake Garda to the Dolomites, Veneto's varied geography offers microclimates suited to many different styles.
