Tasting Notes

This Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG stands as a benchmark for Veneto's highest quality classification. Its 15.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Corvina 60%, Corvinone 20%, Rondinella 15%, Oseleta 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from a vineyard of Podere Brà located in the hills north of Verona on calcareous-clayey soils with southern exposure. Vinification: 4-months drying of the grapes, crushing-destemming and alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged 6 years in small and medium wood barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
