A fine example of Veneto winemaking, this Amarone della Valpolicella DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 16.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina 70%, Rondinella 20%, Molinara 5%, Croatina 5%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards predominantly light-coloured soils and on detritus, calcareous marls and basalts. Vinification: drying of the grapes for about 4 months, fermentation on the skins with maceration for 6-8 weeks. The wine is aged in amphora 3 years, oak barrels 3 years, barriques 3 years with subsequent resting in the bottle. A wine embodying Veneto's winemaking heritage with fresh acidity and food-friendly character.
Veneto winemakers are known for technical precision, creating both approachable and age-worthy wines.
