This prestigious Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG represents the pinnacle of Italian winemaking excellence. At 17.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 55 years old vines at 240 metres above sea level in Cellore village, near Illasi. Vinification: drying of the grapes for 70 days, destemming and pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 36 months in small American oak barrels. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
