The fruit is sourced from vineyards guyot trained vines in organic farming on soils of glacial origin in the municipalities of Mezzane and Tregnago. Vinification: appassimento of the grapes in box for 2 months, crushing-destemming and alcoholic fermentation followed by malolactic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 24 months in tonneaux and barriques, then assembly and 12 additional months in tonneaux. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
