The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the vineyards of Roaro, Valletta, Bosco, Prà Alto and Retratto, at an elevation of 350 m. with southern, southwestern exposure and on medium-textured calcareous soils. Vinification: natural drying from October until January, then fermented in small conical section with the exclusive use of indigenous yeasts.
